Billing
All information provided by you when registering must be correct. You can cancel the services that you have with us from your client area. It is not the responsibility of Smokes Servers to cancel your PayPal subscription(s) when your service(s) are canceled. If you do not cancel your PayPal subscription(s) upon canceling your service(s), any and all payments received will NOT be refunded.
Smokes Servers considers all credit card or PayPal chargebacks for services rendered, or partially rendered, to be fraudulent. We also consider all credit card or PayPal payments as a donation to our server(s) and/or community which cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Use of Service
Use of service(s) provided by Smokes Servers to transmit or generate content deemed illicit in Canada could result in your services being terminated without refund.
Smokes Servers the right to limit, revoke or suspend any player(s) access to its server(s) and/or service(s) at any time, with or without reason(s)/refund.
You also recognize our community's rules and/or guidelines and if at any given moment Smokes Servers deems you've broken any rules of any sort, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from all Smokes Servers server(s) and/or service(s) with or without reason(s)/refund.
Due to the nature of all of the items that can be purchased through this store, we're not able to offer refunds as products are instantly activated
All payments are final and are not refundable. Please be sure you purchase the correct item and enter the correct Steam ID before you finalize your payment.
Violation of TOS

Staff
All users and donators must listen to the staff of there own discrepancy or server disciplinary actions will be taken.
Hacking/Manipulation
Any form of manipulation of the server or website without the consent of owners will be fined up to $100 and Federal disciplinary actions. Hacking of any server/websites databases or any form of Smokes Servers property will be fined up to $100 or Federal disciplinary actions.
